SEPTA is seeking to hire an EEO/Employee Relations Manager (9047). This position will be located at the Headquarters in Center City, Philadelphia.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences, human resource management, business administration or related field from an accredited college/university and a minimum of six (6) years work related experience in the investigation of employment discrimination complaints, position statements, and/or other employee relations activities.
