Philadelphia ILG operates as a non-profit corporation under the provisions of Pennsylvania’s Non-Profit Corporation Code. The chapter has a board of directors elected from the community that governs its activities. The Chair is the organization’s principal officer. Other officers include a Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
