The Human Resources (HR) Compliance Team at TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank, is currently seeking applicants for a Senior Governance & Control Analyst position.

As a Sr. Governance & Control Analyst with our HR Compliance Team, you will:

  • Conduct independent, in-depth analysis of new, existing and changing or proposed labor & employment laws, rules and regulations
  • Review, interpret and translate regulatory requirements in order to advise a portfolio of HR partners of the impacts at a federal, state and local level
  • Analyze HR related processes and procedures and support the Centers of Expertise (COEs) in identifying, designing, documenting, and assessing key regulatory controls
  • Consult with COEs on a variety of labor & employment matters related to compliance with labor & employment laws, rules & regulations
