During this one-hour presentation, DirectEmployers Member and Program Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) for the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Imelda Wicks, will share best practices on how to advance your diversity efforts through your affirmative action programs. She will discuss trends and evidence-based practices to include in strategic business plans, opportunities to identify intersectionality between AAPs and DE&I, as well as techniques for advancing DE&I efforts using your AAP to establish and maintain diverse and inclusive workforces.
