The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is the sixth largest transportation system in the United States, with a vast network of fixed route services including bus, subway/elevated, trackless trolley, light rail, and commuter rail serving a 2,200 square mile service region.     

SEPTA is seeking to hire an EEO/Employee Relations ADA Manager (9047) for Human Resources/EEO Office. The EEO/Employee Relations ADA Manager is responsible for managing the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) activities and processes to determine ADA eligibility of employee accommodations through the review of documentation, consultation with employees and department managers.  

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in social sciences, human resource management, business administration or related field from an accredited college/university with a minimum of six (6) years of work-related experience in the investigation of employment discrimination complaints, position statements, and/or other employee relations activities. In addition, they will have demonstrated workplace experience in the application of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
