| To all ILG Members – The NILG is seeking your feedback related to your experience with the 2019/2020 EEO-1 Component 1 data submission. The EEOC has announced the 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection is tentatively scheduled to open on Tuesday, April 12, 2022. The tentative deadline to file the 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 Report is Tuesday, May 17, 2022. The NILG Board is planning to host a webinar in collaboration with the EEOC’s Office of Enterprise Data and Analytics (OEDA) in March 2022 prior to the opening of the 2021 EEO-1 Component 1 data collection portal. The comments you share will help to better inform OEDA’s efforts and to prepare the EEOC to address any areas of interest the contracting community may have in advance of the webinar.
