Job Opportunity: Assistant or Associate Director for Investigations at Miami University (located Miami’s Oxford, Ohio Campus)

The Office of Equity and Equal Opportunity (“OEEO”) at Miami University is looking for an Assistant or Associate Director for Investigations

This position is located on Miami’s Oxford, Ohio campus, reports directly to the Associate Vice President, Equity and Equal Opportunity (“AVP EEO”), and is responsible for investigating reports of harassment and discrimination based on protected class and for conducting harassment and discrimination prevention training.

At the Assistant Director level, there will be director oversight and training from the AVP EEO, and the opportunity to grow into an Associate Director.

At the Associate Director level, the individual will exercise independent judgment with minimal direct oversight. There is also potential for a hybrid remote work schedule after 1 year. 

Miami University, founded in 1809, has three (3) campuses in Butler County, Ohio: Oxford, Hamilton, and Middletown, as well as the Voice of America learning center located in West Chester, Ohio, and the Dolibois European Center located in Differdange, Luxembourg.
